Savory and Sweet
Last week, the Latine / Hispanic Student Union hosted a savory and sweet bake sale, with dishes including Brazilian pão de queijo and brigadeiros, Venezuelan tequeños, Puerto Rican caramel pineapple cupcakes, Salvadoran taquitos and Marañón juice, as well as Mexican hot chocolate, Inka Cola and Guaraná sodas. Proceeds will benefit CentroNia DC, a non-profit that provides a "continuum of high-quality early childhood education and care" in a dual-language environment.
Being Great
