On Friday, May 10, the Class of 2024 marked their final day of high school classes with an enthusiastic (and touching) countdown in the Atrium. For the following two weeks, students can pursue an independent project, work with a professional in the field, or connect with an organization.
Our 57 seniors are working at 44 different sites, as close as Hillwood Museum and American University, and as far as New Orleans, LA, Gladwyne, PA, and Mexico. Local project sites also include Food & Friends, Little Lights Urban Ministries, Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office, National Museum of Asian Art, and Washington Economic Development Partnership. Seniors will present their work to the full community on Thursday, May 30.
