Bengal Beat: Blackout Night
On January 31, cheered on by a large and enthusiastic crowd at UDC's Henderson Complex, Girls Varsity took the lead from the jump and won 45-19 over Field School, with stellar play from Burke lifer Miriam K. G. '25 and eight different athletes scoring.
In the Boys Varsity game, the Bengals came from behind to tie the game 59-59 in the 4th quarter – and then won on a clutch free throw by Ezra C. '25 in the final second. Between games, the Dance Team and the Bengal (Livvy P. '28) kept the energy going. Photos: Stacy B. P'25, '26.
