Peter Sheridan
Treasurer
Joined the Board in 2020. Peter is the Associate Inspector General, Office of Inspector General, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Peter oversee audits of the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the programs and operations of the Board and the Bureau; audits of the security of the information technology programs and systems; data analytics in support audits and investigations; and the maintenance of an information technology infrastructure to support all OIG operations and employees. He has over 30 years of experience managing and directing audits within the federal government. He previously served in similar roles at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Home Loan Bank Board and is Chair of the Federal Audit Executive Council's Information Technology Committee. Peter also has served on the Burke Board Finance Committee for several years. Parent of Jack '24 and Ryan '26
